So if I was training with you, My advise would be to keep the muzzle in the direction of the target at all times rather than dropping as you cross. I also noticed a coupe of times where it appeared that you had your finger on the trigger and came very close to pointing the muzzle at your right foot.

Great job, keep on practicing as it is the only way to keep your skills up.
