Power Commander Hard Starting fix?

I just picked up a cable for my powercommander and was wondering, can program a retard for starting purposes only? I tried to place a -44 in the ignition spot for 0 throttle and 500 RPMs figuring that will never be reach unless it is being start. Make sense? I also threw in a -10 under the same spot for fuel hope it would cure it.....didn't change anything noticable.

when you hit the starter button goes to a starter map and you can not change that map

I dont know what kind of starting problem you were having but I found out on mine that the starting problem went away when I plugged the timing conectors back in the way the were stock. I have not taken the time to figure out if the problem is the crank sensor or the Power Commander yet
