So does any one know a good mail away poweder coating or color chromeing i want to have my mirrors and my grabrail done in a 2004 blue color or close to it.

Can you powder coat plastic mirrors? I thought the powder was applied due to an electric charge, and I'm not too sure about plastic being conductive. Plus...when they bake the powder coat between 350 - 400 degrees...wouldn't that melt the mirrors?

If you are talking factory mirrors, they can't be done. stkr00 explained it perfect.
Any metal that can withstand 400 deg for around 20 minutes will be fine.
