PMR Triple clamp problem.

Hi guys.
I ordered Triple Clamp w/ pockets Black anodize(part# Pm-1) from PMR. Instead of black I received polished (part# Pm-4).
At first I thought it was mistake. But than I noticed that the box had label: Pm-4 Hayabusa Triple Clamp w/pockets Polished. And in the box was order list saying that I ordered Black one. I tried contacting them via phone, it's disconnected or no longer in service. I tried e-mail... no luck. Sent Personal message trough .org ... no luck here as well. In fact Last Activity: 01-26-2008.
I mean for $300+ I should of received what I ordered? And if it was mistake they should of fixed it? I don't want to be j/k but if I can't contact them I think I should file complain with BBB and stuff.

Does anyone know how I can contact them? ? ? and what you guys think about it?
I was thinking if it's board sponsor - I can trust them. disappointing... :unhappy:

did you double check the number you called? he is a sponsor here and I know they moved, perhaps you have an old number..

I hate when a company maybe pretends to make a mistake when in reality they probably didn't have what you asked for so they just sent you what they had at the time and hope you won't go through the hassle of having to pay to return them and try to get what you asked for in the first place.

I have a few PMR products on my Busa. And have NEVER had ANY trouble at all with him or his products. This comes as a real surprise to me. I would bet he will deff make it right with you. btw, i have a black pocketed triple like you ordered on my bike. You will like it once he gets one to you. Very nice piece...
