Plastic or Medal?

Couldn't believe my eyes, was looking at a fellow hayabusa today and noticed the polished frame looked FUNNY..kinda different from all that i've seen. the owner shows me that its a plastic chrome covering!!! it covered all exposed framing all the way back to the rear tire well...i was in awe...had never seen that.
said he got it off a website...but just so happened to not remember it. anybody know of it??

the frame covers look real good, i choose that over sanding and polshing the frame.

i have the covers, and have been very pleased with them.
