I'm about ready to get the HID and I'm trying to determine which is going to work out best for me in the long term, but I'm having a hard time finding something that really shows a side by side tint comparison of the 6k and 8k. From your website, they look the same to me.

Just a suggestion, but have you thought about doing some pics with the different colors all at the same place. For example, that 2 lane road for the 5k showed it off great. I'm sure if you did the same thing for the other tints the contrast would come out a lot better for us old farts.

But that could be because I spend 14 hours a day in front of a PC for a living and my eyes are shot.

I believe the 6k is still relatively close to natural sun light with just a hint of blue tint! The 8k puts out less useable light but still superior to stock and you get an even bluer hue......... Just my op!

IMO 4300k-5K has the most furthest throw of light and offers more usable light left and right of center.

6K has a hint of blue somewhat colbalt blue to it. On a motorcycle if you intend to ride at night I would not go higher than 6K. The higher the K value the more "filtering" of light you get and the least amount of light on the sides.

5K has a very wide span of light. 6k is narrower. 8K is more narrower. All are better than stock 3 fold however if you want some good light but like the blue get 6K. If you want a major amount of light get 5K. Either way just remember to re-adjust your headlight. You will need to lift it up more.

Here's the BLUE one from link

I love it and it's still very bright as you can tell from this pic - my high beam looks yellow and it's the stock bulb.

ICEMANN what about if you cannot get 4300K, only 5000K. Can you replace the 5000K bulbs with 4300K Later?
