Whats the difference between a paying member and a member on this forum, apart from the obvious of course. I've been using this forum now for a week and have to say its been very helpful and probably the nicest bike forum I've used in a long time, hence I'd like to contribute.

It wont happen again for a long time. It was avail. for a short window of time. It was necessary to upgrade the servers (too many posters) He is REAL stubborn about donations.

Tony, you hit the nail on the head when you said besides the obvious whats the difference? The answer is there is none! The most important contribution you can make as a member is to be proactive on the site. Just as each and everyone of us have benefited in some fashion or another by what we read/see here. I'm positive none of this would have been possible without each and every members contributions of thought to the site. So contribute freely my Brother with thought/pictures/text...

Oh, and 99 was correct the Captain is no longer taking donations!

I've been on half a dozen forums and this was honestly the FIRST that I felt compelled to donate to.

It took a few months for the opportunity to arise, so I jumped on it when I saw help was needed.

This is a great forum and it takes a lot of work to keep it that way.

Thanks Cap and admins for running everything the way you do.

Only thing I had left to give was my wife....but that didn't sound like much of a donation, rather more of a inconvenience...lol
so I just try to reply to 4 or 5 threads a day

Being in between jobs I have to agree with only MOST of that statement.

IMO the donating members are way hotter than the ones that aren't.
