pair valve sucker mod

anyone heard of this.
i heard is goes something like this...

reroute the hose from the pair valve from the air box to the crank case breather.
then take the crank case breather hose and plug to the two plug at the air box.

anyone done this mod before?

Here...to answer this 16 year old question.
Pressurizing the crankcase on big cc bikes, 900ish and up, is supposedly usually good for 2 to 3 hp.
I have my '03 Gsxr1k this way, as did a few of my friends over the years.
We never saw any negative side effects, but with almost 40k on my engine, I'm curious to see if any gaskets will give up, lol

You aren't supplying that much positive pressure to blow gaskets.

Yea it’s an add on but I was more referring to you saying you’re pressurizing the crankcase and getting a few hp, and a vacuum pump DEpressurizes for more hp. It’s Interesting

I had posted before about moving mine so oil wouldn't find it's way out somewhere it shouldn't, and was going to buy block-off plates.
That would require me to vent to the airbox as he said.
