pair removal?

i'm thinking about changing out my exhaust system to a 4-2-1 Yosh and installing a power commander III usb. Would i have to block off the pair ports to make this system run efficiently or can i leave the pair system intact? i live in ca and would not rather mess with the system if i don't have to. your help is much appreciated. thanks.

all ya need to do is the marble mod. That way, whenever it's inspection time, you can just remove the marble and you're good to go.
