Not to hijack the idea - but what about adding a 'geocache' element to this.

It would be fun to 'tag' others, but no fun to contact them in advance and say "On my way!". Maybe we could leave a message in a motorcycle shop or *ahem* hooters for them to pick up. Then they would have to go grab the message?


Trying to find a way to make a spontaneous trip and not have to coordinate with someone else...

yeah ive posted on here a few time trying to locate some norther indiana org members but i dont hardly find anybody only a few at a time and it seems like there all around the southbend elkhart goshen area

Well I am on there but to anyone thinking of going my way remember I dont get home for a little while yet. I like this idea for multiple reasons, the first one being what is was created for, secondly when I get home me and the wife will be taking a road trip, trailering the bike(but taking it down a few times to ride of course). I will use this map to see if I can meet up with some people along the way for a bite to eat or if I am in the area for the night then to go for a ride.

I can understand where you are coming from but in my case directly, someone might ride out there and be suprised that the person cannot get out of work or like me not even be in the country lol.

This could really only work if the said person left a phone number to a spouse and they said to meet them for lunch and it turns out to be you lol.
