It does seem to function like an app though, as when I open through a browser, I can swipe up and get a ribbon across the bottom of the screen, which allows me to 'x' out of/close the page I'm on, and it returns to the web browser, Google or StartPage.
Then type in whatever web address and go there.
Now it just opens and closes without that option, and when closed returns to the home screen on my phone.
I'm not sure if shortcuts function that way or not.
Either way it's an icon on my homescreen that I tap and the org opens, vs typing in the web address from a browser.
