need a clutch in my bike and have already decided on a factory set unless somebody has some advice on a better brand. What I was wondering when doing clutch service exactly what all gets worn and what all needs to be replaced on the busa. The clutch is shot pretty bad and im wondering if when you let the clutch get this bad does any thing else need replaced other then plates and disks

OEM with H/D springs and a clutch slave support.
you will never know what you need untill you pull it. if it is real bad you need to pull the oil pan and clean the pick up screen

it depends on how bad the fiber are, If the are bronken or look like steels and not fibers then yes pull the pan. if they are just worn let it ride due to you just had it clean
