So, probably not going to help my severe anemia?

Damn it, I can't win! :banghead:

Chase your coffee with Vitamin C. I am also severly anemic, and have been all of my life. I was told to stop the caffeine, but I can't so the next best thing is Vitamin C, helps with Iron absorption....oh...and try Jamaican Blue Mountain......:beerchug:

Almost 40, never touched the stuff...now, with the hematologist saying I need to curb my really nasty "Goody's Headache Powder" habit, I've been drinking two cups in the morning at work. Folks here are in shock and laugh each time I walk by with a hot cup...

Best news?! No headache!! :woot:

Did I just trade in one nasty habit for a whole new one?

And you don't even live in Seattle, Coffee Capitol of the World!

Four to five cups for me a day,, maybe another after dinner.

I sleep better after a cup of joe!

Well, as silly as it may sound, I managed to make it an entire day without tossing back Goody's for a headache...it took 3 cups of the stuff, but I'm happy I didn't opt for the really, really bad stuff I put in my body every single day
