Secondly, an' I'll let ya know how this 1 turns out...

A recipe from one of the guys at work:

1 pot roast
1 pack of chicken soup mix
1 can of cream of mushroom soup(I used cream o chicken)
a couple spices
and 1 can of Pepsi('cept I used Coke,Pepsi blows)

throw it all in a pot an' simmer that mutha for 7-8 hours on low.

Its smellin' an' lookin' real good.... supposed to make that roast as sweet an' tender as yer neighbours daughter.

'course I wouldn't know.....

the roast is still cookin...

I'm thinkin' the shid in the coke, helped to break down the roast. Yum Yum.

Its much more tender than yer last girlfriend....

sweeter too...


all jokin' aside , I thought perhaps the pop was over the top a lil'. I'm not into sweet, unless its me lookin' in the mirror. hee hee hee.

the acid in the coke breaks down the meat so it makes it very tender we do this with elk meat

RSD - try this too:

1. Whatever red meat you want....
2. Place in Large Ziploc
3. Red wine (make sure its good enough that you would drink it!)- cover the meat.
4. 1.5 tspn salt
5. 2 tspn pepper
5. 1 tspn cayenne
6. 1 sprig basil, thyme, rosemary
7. 5 cloves minced garlic

shake in bag - let sit for 24hrs in fridge.
drink rest of bottle. ( to your head!)
take out and eat the best meat you've had in a long friggin time......

coke's good - but this is off the charts.....

Cooking time depends on the meat you utilize......

Sorry guys!!! LOL!

Some filets... on the grill or pan... really depends on thickness and how you like your steaks.... LOL! there are many variables!!

Now - I can give you a recipe for tar-tar if you'd like..... LOL!
