Can I use this bolt for oil feed or the pinion bolt?

No, you can't. There is a spring and plunger behind that bolt for the cam chain tensioner . . .

Pull the oil plug off the end of the log looking thing on the LH or RH front of the motor
Drill and tap it 1/8-NPT and done

Yes, you can. You can also buy the adaptor for that. With the original question the OP posted, you have to wonder what may or may not be going on with this home made build. Oil cooler, or no? Restrictor removed? High output oil pump gear? Any cooling mods? Etc, etc, list goes on. Sometimes doing something you have never done before doesn't work out the way you expected. It is not fun building a hand grenade . . .:shocked:

That is why I "regret" piecing together my first turbo setup
took two years before that first ride that made me go :thumbsup:
Then my buddy bought a RCC stage one and went 207 his first event with the bike
