OEM Fairing

Before I ask two more questions, I just want to say thanks for all of the info. this group has given me over the last few weeks.
My 03 orange LE is almost complete, I had silver parts powder coated black, added gear indicator, added puig double bubble and some bolt on bling.
Question 1- right fairing has a scratch, I took part no. from back of fairing (94471-24FO) and it doesn't match any of the microfilm numbers I took off of PART sites on the web, whats the deal??
2ND Question- I am hoping fairing comes not just orange, but also with the decals on it already so all I have to do is slap it on the bike, am I hallucinating?
