Me too, me too! This mornings status is it's in Louisiana a few hours from me in Baton Rouge. Hopefully will be in lafayette by this afternoon and out for delivery tomorrow.
Thinking out loud, can we remove the top of the dash without removing the nose? If so I'll remove I'll scan the dash, I really want to attempt a housing again to look like it belongs.

I have, but I can't remember, lol. I know it looks like it may be slide in clips, but it very well could be plastic welded there. I'll find out or may attempt to scan it on the bike.

No updates, still waiting. Alot of times stuff from China gets a USPS tracking once it is transferred to them, it just pops up in my mailbox for it's next update.

Randomly showed up, lol. Just in time since I'm going out of town. This is on my dash with the ZG hybrid low profile windscreen.
Negative is I can't get it out of Chinese so I can change the units. Instructions don't say how to navigate menus so I'll message to ask although don't expect any actual help. I can attempt to Google translate taking a picture of things.

Just plugged it in temporarily to see real quick. The cable is not the same one as my previous, both are 6 pin. It's right around 6ft long.

Over a year since the last update.... BUT this hasn't fallen by the wayside, yet. Just nothing worth reporting, but have tried a few different models and hours digging around.
True HUD setup for a Hayabusa?
Low profile, should fit into the pocket on top of the dashboard (possibly hidden), GPS has clear shot the sky, simple design, no buttons, easy microUSB power. Scanning the dash ASAP so can get started.
