New York flattens bikes

There will be more dirt bikes on NYC roads later this week. They get stolen from surrounding areas and go downtown to ride. See it all the time in Baltimore and DC. I would prefer they auction these bikes and fund some sort of education program or community center. But this mayor thinks he sending out a message. All for show.

Seen a group of dirt bikes/quads in Philly about 5:30pm riding on the grass, sidewalk & then onto the main drag going down towards where the Rocky statue is without a single care of being caught; big stones. By the way they moved statue from the top of the stairs/platform to the grass around the right corner behind some bushes maybe 10yrs ago before they started making newer movies again & weren't as proud of Stalone anymore. Saw a quick conman charging a line of tourist $ to take pictures in front of it like suckers when it was open to the public and free to do so.

Riders are now seen on the National Mall. They used to stick with the smaller neighborhoods in DC
