New pony in the stable (soon)

Well I went a bought a 2007 Honda Goldwing comfort, nav, abs.
Still in the process of closing the deal but I have to admit, I pretty pumped about it.
Bought off of Ebay and I need to get it from Seattle WA to Austin TX.
I've been considering driving it but my wife worries and I have not taken a 2100 mile trip on a motorcycle

I still have the 08 Busa and seems its flexing muscle to hold it alpha status
Got to admit now when I walk to the garage the choice just got harder. I feel so lucky.

Man that,s great. I will own one some day soon also. I say if you have the time to ride it home, I think you should, it would be your maiden voyage and a ride that you would always remember. Keep us posted on your decision. congrats.

Road trip

I had a Goldwing back in the day.. Loved it! You'll be able to do the trip.. Well It's kind of cooler up that way than it is here in Houston or even Austin.. So that be my only concern... But it'd be an epic ride. I may get another cruiser.. but the busa will always be the alpha.. Well 'til I get too old.. but that term is quite self definable huh..

Congratulations on your new purchase. We just sold our 05 Goldwing. The wife decided she wanted to riding on her own. I bet though we will have another one in about a year.
