Kamz! I spent some time in Brussels, doing the tourist thing, eating Moules and frites, seeing the "peeing statue". I was fortunate to be there for the kings inauguration, I want to say it was Albert. Great food and at one point more Michelin stars per capita than France. I was with the man I was working for who was the Sous Chef at Comme Chez Soi.
It's a great city to see.
