New Bike

The last dirt bike I rode was an old Yamaha 400 my younger brother had back in the '70's and I thought that thing was a beast(at the time).

The last proper dirt bike i rode (just after i got my licence) was an IT 250 on the road which scared the living bejesus outta me wheelstanding each gear back in the 80s :laugh::laugh:

Oh my, you are going to have soooooo much fun this weekend. That 45 HP is going to feel like 400.

I know that Red is going to pick it up for you. The dirt bike racks that plug into the hitch receiver on your Jeep work great. Take up less room than a ladder when not in use and can usually be found cheap on Craigslist. Just a thought.

+1 on the hitch rack.
One for sale on cl in my town now for $75 obo.
It beats loading/unloading in a truck or trailer any day.

Oh, and when you get tired of that 450, and it's time to upgrade....CR500

My old bagged out Chevrolet has plenty of room for his little 450 ~ just hope he doesn't have a heart attack when he fuels it up . . .

Supposed to deliver it tomorrow(Friday)Red but don't have a time yet.Saturday morning I'll probably be off towards Chaparral, gonna need boots,a helmet, goggles, gloves, jersey, pants, oil, filters, etc.(not gonna get top of the line, have about a $1,000 to play with so probably a $200 helmet,$200 boots,etc.,etc.,etc.).It's like Christmas came early bro(still can't believe the old dragon lady/ball & chain Bev threw in $500,practically floored me:lol:).

None of my business but sounds like she's trying to get rid of you. Lol! Have fun. Tell me, why does 40 hp on one of those things feel like crazy hold on for dear life and 180 hp on a busa is impressive but not mental?

Might as well pick up a bag of filters and a case of oil. The recommended service increments for a Honda is crazy.
