Need some map understanding

I am unsure of what it means to remap. It was said that I need to remap if I put on full exhaust, air filter, and pair valve removal.

What is it talking about?

You haver to load the proper "map" into your power commader that fits your mods.

Its a data matrix (looks like a spreadsheet) that sets the air-fuel mixture at rpm/throttle setting.
