Need an educated opinion

Thinking about trading in the 2004 300M Special, the dealerships dont really want to give a good price with all the discounts out there.  It has 17,000 miles and is loaded, to include the power moon roof.  The Special is kind of rare but here it is.  <span style='font-size:13pt;line-height:100%'>What do you think its worth?</span>

Never wrecked, damaged or trashed, all dealer serviced, only thing I ever had to do was change a tire due to a nail.
