wat exhaust r u using? does yr bike get hotter after u put the aftermarket exhaust?

You do not have to change cooant for any exhaust system. In your area humidity is high whech holds the heat in the engine compartment a little more. Just make sure you have a good fan or but a on switch when you see the temps rising.

u don't have to remove the radiator to replace the exhaust, unless you want to. it should never get hotter after you replace the exhaust.
