Meat is smoked and soft, no hard spots even in big chunks. Sauce, while not necessary, actually compliments the meat (I didnt' like it when tasted separately, but with the meat it came off really well). Fresh bun, and they will grill it a little if you ask them too. Slaw for sandwich if you like it that way (Memphis style); baked beans have chunks/shreds of meat in it. Potato salad has smoky quality to it...
Great smell outside when you pull up. Small enough to ensure it's not 'assembly line' cooking.
