no. he is very lucky. with that speed he was running, all he needed was one car change lane and that would have been the end of it.

It a good thing it was dismissed in court, that would have been one serious speeding ticket, not to mention all the fines for wreckless driving.
Its good they couldent identify you. It was probably the baseball cap you put on after you got off your bike.
