Microtech dongle

Posted in wanted as well but figured more people would see it here. I have a microtech and am looking to see if anyone possibly has one of the adapter dongles they require to hook to a laptop. Thanks!

The pictures on the Internet make it look like a USB to serial adapter. The part with a D-shell connector just call a DB9. If you look up USB to serial adapter you should find one not too expensive.

I think inside the microtech dongle there is some wires crossed or bridge Not sure a off the shelf adapter works
