Mary's first ride of the year

It was going to be a nice Sunday in Kansas city today, so Mary and I got the bikes out. We rode about 50 miles away to a town called Excelsior Springs, mo. and had a nice lunch at a BBQ spot that was once the small town train depot. We were a little early for lunch, and we were the only customers in the place when we first got there, then three trick three wheelers came in and joined us. After a 50 mile ride back home in increasing wind, Mary was ready to get home, but she loves her new v Star.

Food was great! Nothing like BBQ for breakfast. This is her fourth year riding, but she has only rode the Vstar once before. It is alot of fun riding with her, my sons, brother. nephew and his wife.
