Can anybody tell me what a lockup clutch does? and how it works. Can i use a lockup clutch for the street and strip? I have been doing some reading on them and all im understanding is that they Kick in at a certain RPM , am i right about that part?

Don't need it for the street, don't put it on a Busa unless you are long and adjust it right.

if you do any street duty stay away from the lock up.. i run a brock clutch setup and it is killer off the line. if u race it you need the brock clutch mods, you can see them on my website www.pcpracing.net

The lockup clutch works with wheel speed, not engine speed (that's a slider clutch). Takes some tuning. If you're not gonna do ET racing, you probably don't want to mess with it. Just get rid of the slipper.
