I will not go into complete details but here of some things I have done that I'm willing to share.

*Brocks AH Exhaust with brocks map, No air filter and Pair valve Mod.
*PCIIIusb and some DYNOJET electronics.
*Race Fuel.
*Schnitzracing gear position Mod.
*Chain and Sprockets changed that includes gear ratio.
*Wheel bearings upgraded.
*RC HAVOC wheels.
*Stockswingarm with welded 6"-12" extensions (Chromed).
*Chrome framecovers.
*RIS Designs billet chrome clutch cover.
*Billet mirrors, front brake and clutch lever.
*Roaring ToyZ 5-hole lowering links.
*Lowered 2.5" R and 7/8"F.
*Most important I only weigh 155lbs with my riding gear on

With these mods I was able to acheive over 197mph.

Like you said , that is the most important. No mods out there outside of power adders are as good as weight reduction.
