leaking fork seal

Anybody have any fork seal problems, I noticed oil on my left front fork piston, not enough to drip on the ground but enough to wipe off with rag and or get on your finger and it definitely tastes like fork oil, I got a few months of warranty left on 03, now I hear they had probs with the gold anadized pistons leaking?

Other side is clean as whistle.

I've got the exact same problem on my 03...will be going to the dealer this week to see if it's covered...will let you know.
