Hi! First I'm sorry for my bad english, 'cause english isn't my native language...
I have a 2005 Busa with full exhaust system, Motty AFR tuner, Wiseco pistons (but OEM head gasket). I have strange overheat issues. When I ride normally, under 100 mph, nothing wrong, can go in towns, idle, etc. But if I go harder, or/and mountain streets, the reservoir become full of coolant, without overheating, and it remains, when I ride normally (goes back after 4-5 hour rest). This time the fan doesn't switch on, because the fluid level is below the temp switch.
I replace the radiator, make 2nd fan mod, replace thermostat, and make temp switch relocator to lower tube. this mods doesn't help...
I goes to machine shop, and make a leakage test, and pressure test. The pressure test indicate the cooling system pressure is over 21 psi, but the leakage test doesn't indicate nothing.
Certainly I check the water pump too, but it looks new...
Now I took the cylinder head and cylinder, and next week I will go to machine shop....
Any idea, what happens my bike? Thanks for help!
