Jesse Gatlin(AKA Gatlin Racing), Approxamately 9 to 12 months ago, Gatlin Racing contacted my company and purchased
a 240 fat tire kit for a customer of theirs.During the course of the conversation,Jesse requested that the kit be sent C.O.D.,
since we had not done business in the past.I agreed.Now,some many months later,I have yet to recieve any type of
payment.Not to condemn anyones buisness or livelyhood,I have tried repeatedly to correct the situation and all attempts
have been avoided.Finally after many months,I actually spoke with Jesse(the owner),and he denied claim for any product
recieved,any refuses to pay his debt.If know Jesse,contact Jesse,or have any interactions with Jesse,you need to be aware
that he has not satisified his payment with our company 12 months later.I am the last person who wants to post something
post this online,however, I feel obligated to do so.
Now lets correct this falsehood. First, it was a 300 kit. Secondly, you sent just a wheel the first time, which was paid for by a certified check given to the fedex driver. Now if you had accepted credit cards or had a paypal account at the time of this transaction, we wouldn't be discussing this at all. At that time, you said that you had neither. Third, once that is given to Fedex, it is their responsibility. We asked them to hold it since you didn't send the complete kit. You then shipped the rest of the order and we told Fedex to release the check to you. You did contact us, and we told you exactly what had happened, even tried to go to the back to the bank and have them reissue another one. As you know, that can't happen. Later on, you contacted us again and said that you still hadn't received your check, but our bank says that the certified check had been cashed. Now, one of two things had to have happened. You cashed the check or someone at Fedex cashed it even though it was written in your company's name. Either way, you should have been contacting Fedex to get your money instead of trying to dirty this companies name. For the longest, Jessie didnt worry about what was on the forums simply because he knew that he hadn't been shady to anyone and that he didn't have the time or patience to dispute you. That has since changed. We still have the receipt from the Fedex delivery. It has PREPAID on it to show that we paid for what we ordered.
