So I bought the heated grips last year from them. It took them about 2 months to get them to me b/c they were sold out of them. Ok I understand. No biggie.
Ever since I installed them, the non throttle grip has always been BARELY warm compared to the throttle. I did everything they told me and put the heat shrink tubing on the bar b/c it's aluminum and it dissapates heat, but it still is lukewarm at best. I made sure they were installed on the correct side as well.
The last couple days I've been trying to contact them to see if there's a warranty on them, but I can't get through to them, and their mailbox is full. They also don't take emails!! You have to fax them. WTF???
I have a feeling they're just gonna tell me I'm sh!t outta luck anyhow.
