Last year on this date (it was a Saturday morning) I flew to SoCal and bought my LE with 4 miles on the odo. Rode it back on hiway 101 and 1, 460 miles to San Jose. Had a great ride! Since then I've changed to Amsoil, added a Throttlemeister, PPs, Valentine One on a Stem Stand with headphones, Delrin 1" mirror extenders, a tank bra, a polished oil filler plug with Kanji on it
(my only bling item) got a set of perfect take offs and modified them for some extra growl, did the hump storage mod and that's about it except for riding over 12,000 miles through CA, OR, ID, MT, and WA. Starting to plan this summer's trip, maybe Colorado this year...
