Not too much. Would have been better in complete isolation but I don't see anyone in much danger other than the riders.

... what about a mother driving with her children who swerves off the road into a tree if one of the bikes lost control and cut in front of her? See my point?

Think about that. And remember that some people in cars might freak out and lose control of their vehicles if a biker cuts in front of them too close or crashes. It's absurd to say that only bikers hurt themselves if they crash or ride recklessly.
