we out having to install a turbo or opening the engine

Increase air-flow... Install a performance Air Filter K&N or BMC
Increase Fuel - Get a piggybank ECU like the PC3 or the Yoshimura EMS box

By increase air and fuel. I take it you are looking to increase HP. Air in performance filter aior out header pipes and performace cans.
