Thanks everyone! Yeah it's a far better conversation piece than the chest protector would have been, I still get a chuckle though when I think about how I didn't even make it back to the offroad stuff.

Took the wife out for a ride last night, she's now very happy I did this. She hated riding the Buell and while she has her own bike she loves riding two up. The Buell was an exceptional handler, light, well balanced, a real scalpel in the twisties. If I could have afforded it I'd have kept it as a track bike. But seemingly endless electrical issues and zero support from HD and near zero from the aftermarket made it really worrisome regarding fixing anything in the future. Simply put it was a gamble that came along at the right place and time. I wouldn't say I lost but I can't say I won either.
