probably the easiest place to get a room at this point is the MicroTel in Robbinsville, NC. You'll be moments away from the center of events and all the great rides. Look forward to seeing you two there

There will be folks there all week - beginning the 18th. Most folks will arrive on Thurs and Friday, 22nd-23rd. The Phillips Motel is where the action will take place; food on Friday night, firepit, etc. There will be rides going on all the time and people coming and going.

Like Brian said - your best bet for rooms now is to try the Microtel - they are just a few blocks away. In fact, that's where I'm staying.
