I need an FFL to contact me I have a question regarding shipment of personal firearms across state lines.

Some states allow individuals to ship by themselves to another dealer in another state .
An individual can ship anything pistol/rifle to a repair or custom shop by themselves but you cannot ship to another individual to another state with intent of selling it to them.
That has to go thru a dealer .
Again you as an individual can ship it yourself to another state but if it is a sale it must go to a dealer/ffl.
Now some dealers will not accept a gun shipped to them from out of state by an individual and they will insist it come from a dealer .

You should see the Fed ex people when you walk in with a firearm, I have had a police officer show up on more then one occassion.

UPS will accept rifles but not pistols .
USPS will accept both .
Must be properly packaged and declared when you take it there .
Obv no ammo can go in same box as gun
