Yeah, I wanted a blue face chrono but they were out of stock. (the one I liked)

I only have one other gold watch so it's all good.

For pocket watches, I favor the railroad grade models such as the Hamilton 992B or the Illinois Bunn Special. For an everyday wrist watch, I like the accuracy of my eco-drive. Usually it rates to +5 seconds a month or so (unusually accurate). I also like some of the watches from the 50's. I like Rolex, but unfortunately I can't afford the authorized dealer prices, and that's the only market I'd buy one from today. The secondary market (even eBay) was good about a decade or more ago, but the replicas flooded it badly since then. In general, I used to be able to spot a fake Rolex fairly quickly (and there are a lot out there) but today, without uncasing the movement, I might not know. The fakers got a lot better using alternate, or producing their own movmements, and the cases, bracelets, markings, and dials (especially for the Subs and Daytonas (movement/subdial layout)) are much, much better. The other watch makers are getting beat up as well...it's fairly easy to purchase a replica for practically any brand of watch.

I have been shopping for a nice Blue Face Chrono for sometime. I was keeping a keen eye on this model Tissot Chrono and they finally came down in price so I pulled the trigger.

On it's way today and I can't wait!

Only one left so "Cowboy Up!"

Retail is $475.00. Found it for 44% off, free ship and no tax.

$265.00 to your door. Very, very high reviews on watch, face, band etc. Blue faces are hard to find without Gold or Black thrown in. Other Blue Face Chrono's were to busy or not to my liking. I waited three (3) months for a price reduction.
