For all looking for a hugger that comes prepainted, I found a site call second look. I still prefer the NSW but don't want to pay those charges

Is there a good hugger that you guys can recommend without the chain guard. Rather than spending the money for the one with the chain guard and cutting it off. OR is that the only way to get a decent hugger ?
