How to run two Batteries

Whats up Busa nation! Well I just had a engine upgrade and every since after I ride and turn it off it has juice to start but not enough to actually turn over the engine! I was told that I needed more power try the two battery hook up but really not sure exactly the best way to hook that up if anyone has a diagram or better suggestions please let me know!!
