How much to pay?

Got a local guy that is parting an entire 07 GSXR 1000. He has sold the cracked frame and that's it. Not exactly sure how it got cracked but there is no other damage to the bike. Just wondering what everyone thought the rest of it is worth? And how much would I expect to pay for a used frame if I can find one?
