Welcome. After 9K? Any mods besides the K&N (like PC, exhaust, etc.?) Hey - post some pics! (Probably want to start a separate thread though)

Minor cosmetic mods (except the billet cover for the clutch cylinder)
Problems:

1) kickstand
2) clutchbolts aren't lok-tite-d from the factory - a bunch of guys are having trouble over here (Germany) with their clutchbolts coming loose and eating the clutch (between 6000-12000 kms). We had a meet 2 weeks ago where we looked at around 30 bikes, 5 had at least one clutchbolt that was only hand-tight - none of them were glued.

Up to now, suzuki hasn't wanted to talk about this too much. We are setting up a list of people who have had trouble to "gang-up" on suzuki-deutschland, and see if this can't be taken care of somehow...

3) clutch-cylinder cover - suzuki has appearently introduced some kind of rubber boot-thingie to deal with the problem of dirt and chain lube getting into the clutch-fluid via the clutch cylinder (which wasn't sealed at all in 99-04) A guy over here has developed a billet cover to take care of this problem. When I mounted mine (2 weeks ago at around 9000 km) my clutch-fluid looked like espresso - dark brown/black - the guys I know who have the new cover have transparent/golden fluid after several thousand kms...

4) the screws suck (particularly the ones on the body-work) - we call them "Butterschrauben" (butterscrews) - the metal is way too soft - stainless would be a big improvement

sounds like a lot of bitching, I know, but considering the number of parts and systems in the 'Bus, these 4 (well, except the clutchbolts) don't amount to much... mostly just irritating. I'm really happy with the bike!
