How low can you go?

I am in the process of lowering the front of my Busa and was wandering how low you can go without hitting the front fender all the time. I have lowered it 1 3/4" and it looks to low to me. The rear has been lowered 2". I don't mind riding around with the front suspension set to very stiff.

word of caution if you are riding on the street this way you are in GREAT DANGER of crashing or hurting your self or someone else.
Any type of alteration of geometry is not wise unless you know what you are setting it up for.

Low is for straight shots only,it does look good if done correctly but does not function correctly and safely on the normal street riding. It's the same thing with the Harley crowd, low and mean but little function on regular street riding unless you are a shorter rider than that's the only option you have to reach the ground with both legs.Ride safe all.
