I think I remember one member removing these pieces for weight savings. Grab a service manual and figure it out or ride it and see if you have overheating issues. The bike has other features to cool it better than the Gen I.

the 1st picture looks like the trim piece that goes on the bottom to connect the left and right body cowling but trimmed. i don't know? wish i could help you out more but those pieces don't look like hayabusa parts to me.
