How do I modify my Avatar??

Hey guys, I want to change the wording below my name just above my pic in the avatar. How do I do that? I have been trying to find it, oh yeah and what about the pic below my avatar?? I wanna get that going too.

The ability to change your title comes with either lots of post or by becoming a Donating member.
