HELP!! thread missing from under right side cowling!

I just did oil change today by my self, but after I put the cowling on then I counld't snapon the fastener which under my right side handbar as figure, it seems like there should be have a piece of metal down there but it's gona somehow...need help~

There is a metal set tab that clips to the inner panel that allows you to thread the 4mm nut in. probably fell off and into the body work.
If you can't find it, gonna need to source one through a site sponsor, Justin via Honda East for oem parts.
