Although I do not have a PC on my Busa, I do have one on my Nomad. I was having similar issues with it and checked and cleaned the plugs, changed the plugs since they were looking black and fouled......turned out the shop found the TPS wire had broken and was dumping fuel, causing rich burning. You may want to disconnect the PC, as mentioned, and see if anything changes.

When was the last time you lubricated throttle cables? If the cable stucks a little, it would be more noticeable at small throttle openings. And if this problem was progressing gradually in time, more reason to look into this.

Have you had the fuel pump removed and cleaned? I had to do that to mine as well as injectors done (which you already did).

Here I think could ly your problem. If there was gunk and stuff to clean out than more than likely you missed something. You already had the injectors pro. cleaned so I'd feel safe in assuming those are okay UNLESS that happened b4 the rest of the cleaning and then you could have clogged them again. The pump may need purged just like they do after you blow your engine and end up with metal shavings everywhere.

A FULL fuel sys. cleaning is a great place to start. And I wouldnt ride it until its all done or you could clog up again.

see now that you said that. i cleaned the pump screen before he cleaned the injectors.BUT i was messing with it running with the tank up,and i sqeezed the rubber line going to the injectors from the pump with a pair of pliers. and the bike shut off. from lack of fuel i guess. when i stated it bak up it was running good. i rode it about 3 blocks and back and ran like an raped ape. no bucking or nothin. so i parked it and havent started it since.

recheck the air/fuel mix. I found that if the bike is to lean, say 14.3 and leaner my 99 busa with 40,000 miles will surge between 2000 and 4000 rpms, if you have a power commander 3. go up on the low button. that cured mine. I have the air/fuel mix at 12.7 to 13.0 in low rpms. I live in in a town that does not have a tune shop so I placed a air fuel meter on the bike so I can do it myself.

fuel filter is good, injectors cleaned $100,pump sounds like a seady hum,and he was playing with the tune. adding fuel, removing fuel. helped alittle.i think the tuning is just masking a problem not fixing it.
You can't go by the hum of the pump. I thought the same thing but as many here on the board know my pump was still bad. I replaced it with one that John sent me it worked perfect. Mine had the exact same simptoms. The test for it is to undo the hose from your fuel pump and turn the key on. as soon as the pump starts to prime then you should notice a stream of fuel burst out. If you don't see a big difference between the steady gravity run out and when you turn on the key then the pump is bad. If the pump is good check the air flow. Other than that I have know clue unless a plug(s) are bad. Just my :2cents: I'm trying to help with what little I know because the ORG family helped me in my time of need.
